I know people who have used their residential services for a long time and have always been extremely happy with them as a provider. This website is an informative comparison site that aims to offer its users find helpful information regarding the products and offers that will be suitable for their needs. I happened to get a post card for Ooma Business, and I'm interested at taking a look at that. Also has pretty robust multi-site feature, which is something most everyone else has nothing to show for themselves. ![]() They offer more features than anyone else (at the higher tiers), and they are pretty much the only big name that can scale to really large handset counts. RingCentral is the most expensive out there, but everyone knows that. They did recently jack up their per-DID default cost to $4/DID/mo which is the highest I've seen, but when you talk to sales, you can get them to drop their pants on that down to $2/DID and lower if you have a decent quantity. ![]() There is no way to start an account without having to talk to sales, but you can do it largely through web chat. Every licensed user gets a full GoToMeeting license. I know we all like to hate on LogMeIn, but they have put a huge amount of investment into Jive since the purchased it and it's an extremely solid offering. They also have an unlimited model pricing for those interested in that, although I honestly wouldn't use them if I was looking for an unlimited model. I have a number of offices that have a bunch of handsets but people barely use them, so paying $20-25/user for unlimited just throws dollars away. It provides a very cost effective solution if you need a lot of handsets but not a lot of actual call time is used as you're paying per minute for all your actual call use. OnSIP is somewhat no frills compared to the others, but I like it for the pay-as-you-go model. My experiences with all 3 of them over the past few years has been good. I have active services with Jive (rebranding to GoToConnect), OnSIP, and RingCentral. ![]()
